| La Fraternita is part of a large farm close to Montepulciano. The building has kept its magnificent rural style with stone and brick walls which blend with the colours of the soil. The farm house has three comfortable apartments. A large one for six people composed of a large sitting room, a kitchenette, three bedrooms and two bathrooms ; another apartment can host four people and is composed of a large living room with kitchenette, two double rooms and a bathroom.The smallest apartment is for two people with a large living room and kitchenette, a double room and a bathroom. Every apartment has been accurately furnished and equipped with the most recent comforts.
