The Terrarossa farm holiday resort is deep in the stunning hills around Montepulciano. It is part of an ancient country estate of 130 acres where wheat, sunflowers and, above all, the vines for Vino Nobile di Montepulciano are grown. Woods full of wild animals surround the premises.
The resort consists of various buildings grouped around the central body of a former monastery, which was first mentioned in the 11th century.
At the moment, following a period of careful renovation, there are 8 appealing apartments, housing two to six visitors.
They are well furnished in typical Tuscan style and feature every comfort , including independent heating, a well-equipped kitchen, satellite TV, Jacuzzi, fireplace and other luxuries.
All apartments have one or two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen area and a bathroom.
At Agriturimo Terrarossa guests will find inspiring spaces for reading and relaxing, a beautiful swimming pool, a panoramic terrace, solarium, barbeque and a bread-oven with covered area. Hiking and biking as well as fishing in either of the two small lakes belonging to the estate is possible.
