| Villa Cosona is located within the Val d’Orcia Heritage Park. Surrounded by the 1200 acre farm, Cosona Castle enjoys magnificent views over a picturesque hilly landscape of olive groves just south of Siena. Though substantially restored in the early 20th century, the castle itself dates hundreds of years and has belonged to the Forteguerri family since 1465, when Cardinal Niccolò Forteguerri purchased it from King Ferdinando of Aragona.
